Sintofarm spa has implemented and maintains a Quality Management system which complies with the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and is certified since the year 1995.

Manufacturer of premixes

Sintofarm, in its manufacturing plant located in Montecolombo (Rimini), according to the EC regulation 183/2005 is recognized as manufacturer of premixes of additives as per chapter I.2.a) of enclosure I, and as distributor of additives as per chapter I.1.a) of enclosure I and premix as per chapter I.2.a) of enclosure I with Authorization no. aIT000059RN.

Manufacturer of the additive Ferrous Carbonate

Sintofarm, in its manufacturing plant located in Montecolombo (Rimini), according to the EC regulations 183/2005 is recognized as manufacturer of the additive Ferrous Carbonate with Authorization no. aITM00001RM.

Conditioning of additives

Sintofarm, in its manufacturing plant located in Montecolombo (Rimini), according to the EC regulations 183/2005 and to the Health Ministry Circular Protocol no. 0002920-P-25/02/2008, is authorized to the reconditioning activity of the additives listed at Head 1 of the 4th enclosure of the EC regulation 183/2005 with Authorization no. aITM00001RM.

Distributor of additives

Sintofarm, according to the EC regulation 183/2005, is recognized as distributor of additives with Authorisation no. aIT00032RE as per chapter I.1.a) of the enclosure I and premixes of additives as per chapter I.2.a) of the enclosure I.

Pharmaceutical products for veterinary use

According to the art. 36 of Decree no. 119 of 27/01/1992, repealed and substituted with Decree no. 193 of 2006, the company Sintofarm spa with warehouse and seated in Guastalla (RE), Via Togliatti no. 5, is authorized to the detention of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients with Decree of the Health Ministry no. S.5/f.a. dated 15/04/1994.

Pharmaceutical products for human use

According to Decree 538/92, repealed and substituted with Decree no. 219/2006, the company Sintofarm spa with warehouse and seated in Guastalla (RE), Via Togliatti no. 5, is authorized to the detention and distribution of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients for human use with Authorisation no. 0016939.

Medicinal veterinary products

- According to the art. 31, paragraph 2 of the Italian Decree no. 119 dated 27/01/1992 (Authorization dated 25/02/1994 no. S.35/g released by Italian Ministry of Health), repealed and substituted by article 66, paragraph 1 of the Italian Decree no. 193 dated 06/04/2006, the company Sintofarm spa with warehouse and seated in Guastalla (RE), Via Togliatti no. 5 is authorized to the wholesale trade of medicinal veterinary products.
- According to the art. 32, paragraph 2 of the Italian Decree no. 119 dated 27/01/1992 (Authorization dated 11/01/1999 no. S.35/v released by Italian Ministry of Health), repealed and substituted by article 70, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Italian Decree no. 193 dated 06/04/2006, the company Sintofarm spa with warehouse and seated in Guastalla (RE), Via Togliatti no. 5 is authorized to the free sale of medicinal veterinary products.

Distributor of medicated feed and intermediate products

According to the art. 13, paragraph 8 of the Italian Decree dated 16/11/1993 the company Sintofarm spa with warehouse and seated in Guastalla (RE), Via Togliatti no. 5 is authorized to distribute medicated feed and intermediate products with Authorisation no. MM/S.1.

FAMI-QS

Sintofarm obtained FAMI-QS Certification for its whole product range further to a Certiquality audit which took place on July 2010.
